The most convenient way to prepare the manuscript may be to overwrite the content of the example file “Poster_presentation_manuscript_model.doc”.

| Typeface (font): | Arial, Helvetica or similar | |
| Title: | 24 | point, bold, centered |
| Authors: | 14 | point, centered |
| Address: | 11 | point, centered (see example) |
| Corresponding author: | 11 | point, centered (see example) |
| Text: | 14 | point, justified. |
| Tables and Figures: | Tables and Figures must be integrated in the text, since no layout corrections will be done by the congress organizers. Colored pictures, charts and tables are welcome. (The proceedings will be distributed via CD). | |
| Format for printed poster: | DIN A0 = 840 mm x 1200 mm. | |
| Plotting: The best way to produce a poster in A0 format is to create it for A4 format according to the guidelines above and scale it up to A0 format when printing. |
